Conference rules

To ensure smooth organization and inclusion of your work in the official conference program and proceedings, all authors are required to follow the rules and deadlines listed below. Not complying may result in exclusion from the conference or removal of your paper from the final proceedings.

1. Paper Submission and Revisions

  • All papers need to be submitted through the official submission system before the submission deadline.
  • After the review, authors are required to submit revised versions addressing reviewer comments within the revision deadline.
  • Late submissions or revisions will not be accepted.
  • Final camera-ready papers must strictly follow the conference formatting guidelines.

2. Registration and Payment

  • the presenting author is required to register and pay the full registration fee by the registration deadline.
  • Papers without a paid registration fee will not be included in the conference program or proceedings.

3. Video Presentation Submission and Virtual Conference Presentation

  • All authors are required to submit a pre-recorded video presentation of their paper, regardless of their registration type (onsite or online) by the specified video submission deadline.
  • The video should meet the conference’s technical and time-length requirements.
  • Virtual conference will be open for questions at least one week after the on-site part of the conference ends, and one additional day for the anwers.
  • Presenting author is required to answer all questions posted by other attendees in a timely manner.

4. Live Presentation Requirement

  • The presenting author is required to attend the conference (in person or online, depending on the registration type) and present the paper during the assigned session.
  • Authors who fail to present their paper will have their work withdrawn from the proceedings.

5. Responding to Questions and Communications

  • Authors are required to respond to organizers’ and reviewers’ requests (e.g., clarifications, confirmations, or consent forms) within the specified deadlines.
  • Timely communication ensures inclusion in the schedule and final publication.

Important Note

Only papers that meet all requirements (submission, registration, video and live presentation as well as timely communication) will maintain their accepted status and will be included in the final conference proceedings and digital library.
